We are seeking a ambitious, self driven and motivated individual to help us sell Estate Agency software to Estate Agents in Costa Blanca, Spain. This is a remote working position and you will be the sole representative in the region. Your primary day to day activities will be to generate leads through appropriate methods including online and cold calling and progressing these through the full sales cycle to close.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Generate leads through any appropriate methods including cold calling
- Account management
- Perform onsite and web based training and demonstrations
- Record and manage your leads in our CRM, recording contact details, contact history, opportunities, status and progress
- Sales forecasting
- Assist the company with marketing strategy and opportunities

- A basic pay + commission (OTE of £25,000 / €29,000)

- Fluent English
- Spanish an advantage
- Technical proficiency with Email, Word, Excel
- B2B sales experience particularly in Internet/Software or Estate Agency experience
- Own transport and clean license
- Willingness to travel the Costa Blanca region for meetings
- Initially, own computer and mobile phone
